By creating an account on Olly English Virtual, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

User responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Treat teachers and students with respect
• Honour booked sessions or cancel with at least 24 hours notice

Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are issued at the discretion of the platform based on the cancellation policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
