A possessive adjective is a word like my, your, his, her, its, our or their that comes right before a noun to show who something belongs to, such as my book or her car.

Do possessive adjectives change for singular and plural nouns?

No. The same word is used for one thing or many things: his bag and his bags both use his. Only the owner decides which word you use, never the number of things owned.
