ما هو present simple؟

نستخدم present simple للعادات والروتين والحقائق العامة: أشياء صحيحة مراراً وتكراراً، لا في هذه اللحظة فقط. I play football every Saturday. The sun rises in the east. يتغيّر الفعل مع he/she/it: تُضاف إليه -s.

القاعدة

مع I وyou وwe وthey يُستخدم الفعل في صيغته الأساسية: I play, you play, we play, they play. ومع he وshe وit تُضاف -s (أو -es بعد بعض النهايات): he plays, she watches, it opens.

وفي النفي نستخدم don't مع I/you/we/they وdoesn't مع he/she/it، ثم الفعل في صيغته الأساسية: I don't like coffee. She doesn't like coffee. وفي السؤال نستخدم Do أو Does: Do you like coffee? Does she like coffee؟ وبعد does، لا يأخذ الفعل -s أبداً.

أخطاء شائعة

• ❌ She play tennis. ← ✅ She plays tennis. يضيف he وshe وit دائماً -s إلى الفعل.
• ❌ I plays football. ← ✅ I play football. لا يضيف I وyou وwe وthey أبداً -s.
• ❌ She don't like it. ← ✅ She doesn't like it. يحتاج he وshe وit إلى doesn't، لا don't.
• ❌ Does she likes tennis? ← ✅ Does she like tennis? بعد does، يبقى الفعل في صيغته الأساسية.
