¿Cuándo se añade -s al verbo en present simple?

Se añade -s solo con he, she, it y sustantivos singulares: she plays, the shop opens. Con I, you, we y they, el verbo se queda en forma base, sin -s: I play, they open. El sujeto siempre decide si hace falta la -s.

¿Cuál es la diferencia entre don't y doesn't?

Usa don't con I, you, we y they: I don't like coffee. Usa doesn't con he, she e it: she doesn't like coffee. Después de doesn't, el verbo pierde su propia -s y vuelve otra vez a la forma base.

¿Por qué está mal does she likes tennis?

Porque does ya marca la tercera persona, así que el verbo principal debe quedarse siempre en forma base: does she like tennis, no does she likes tennis. Añadir -s dos veces así es un error muy común en el nivel A1.

Which subjects add -s to the verb?

Only he, she, it and singular nouns add -s. I, you, we and they always use the base form of the verb, with no -s.

Do I use don't or doesn't with he, she and it?

Always doesn't. Don't is only for I, you, we and they. Doesn't is only for he, she and it.
