La primera condicional en inglés: if, when y as soon as 🔀

A veces el futuro depende de una condición - algo que puede o no ocurrir. La primera condicional nos permite hablar de estas situaciones reales y posibles y sus resultados probables. 🎯

1. Primera condicional: forma 📋

La primera condicional tiene dos partes: la cláusula if (la condición) y la cláusula principal (el resultado):

Cláusula if	Cláusula principal
If + presente simple	will + infinitivo
If it rains tomorrow,	I will stay at home. ✅
If she passes the exam,	her parents will be very proud. ✅

Las cláusulas pueden ir en cualquier orden. Cuando la cláusula if va primero, usa una coma. Cuando la cláusula principal va primero, no se necesita coma:

• If you study hard, you will pass. ✅
• You will pass if you study hard. ✅

2. La regla clave: no uses will en la cláusula if ⚠️

Este es el error más común. Después de if, usa siempre el presente simple, NO will:

• If it rains, I will stay home. ✅
• If it will rain, I will stay home. ❌
• If she calls, tell her I am busy. ✅
• If she will call, tell her I am busy. ❌

3. Cláusulas temporales de futuro: when, as soon as, before, after, until 📊

La misma regla se aplica después de estas conjunciones temporales sobre el futuro - usa el presente simple, no will:

4. Errores comunes ⚠️
