¿Cuándo se usa el present perfect en vez del pasado simple?

Se usa el present perfect para una experiencia o un resultado sin un momento exacto: I have visited Rome, she has lost her keys. Se usa el pasado simple cuando das un momento exacto: I visited Rome in 2019. Una palabra como yesterday siempre pide el pasado simple, nunca el present perfect.

¿Por qué se usa has con he, she e it?

El inglés marca he, she e it con has en vez de have: he has finished, she has left. El resto de sujetos usa have: I have finished, they have left. Después de has o have, el verbo principal siempre cambia de forma, como finished o gone, y no queda en su forma base.

¿Cómo se hacen negaciones y preguntas en present perfect?

Para negar se añade not después de have o has: I have not seen it, she has not called. Para preguntar, have o has va primero: Have you finished? Has he arrived? El verbo principal mantiene la misma forma en todas estas estructuras.

Do I always use has with he, she and it?

Yes. He, she, it and any single person or thing use has. Every other subject, including I, you, we and they, uses have.

Why is 'She has go home' wrong?

After has or have, the main verb changes its form. The correct sentence is 'She has gone home.'
