How to write about your daily routine

To write about your daily routine, you need to use the Present Simple tense, vocabulary for daily activities, and words to show the order of events (sequencers).

1. Common Verbs

• wake up / get up
• have breakfast / lunch / dinner (NOT eat breakfast - 'have' is more common)
• go to work / school
• get home / go home (NOT go to home)
• go to bed

2. Time and Connectors

Use prepositions of time and linking words to connect your sentences.

• At 7:00 / At night / In the morning.
